Edwina Campbell, Director of Lighthouse Academy

As the Director of “LIGHTHOUSE ACADEMY,” Edwina's primary task is to give direction and leadership in the daily operation of the school. She works closely with the Academy Advisory Board to ensure delivery of quality care and academics as a ministry of East Cobb United Methodist Church.

She has a passion for and love of children, and comes to us with many years of experience and expertise in educational and childcare management, including the creation and implementation of after-school programs, oversight of AmeriCorps volunteers, and as coordinator for a Boston area family strengthening program for underprivileged families.

She has education from Eastern Nazarene College, Southeastern Technology Institute, and Boston College.

Her hobbies include reading, Spiritual Music, and sports of any kind (especially bowling and tennis).
